Adult yoga in Chilworth, Hursley, Twyford, Portswood and online
Sally’s classes are welcoming, friendly and fun, and she adapts each class to ensure it is suitable for the students she’s teaching.
Sally teaches creative flow yoga which is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that focuses on moving through a sequence of postures in a flowing and intuitive way.
There are many key benefits of practising creative flow yoga:
- The dynamic and fluid movements of creative flow yoga help increase strength and flexibility throughout the entire body, especially in the core, arms, and legs.
- The flowing sequences can help improve balance, coordination, and proprioception, which is the body’s ability to sense its position in space.
- The continuous movement and breath work involved can help improve cardiovascular health and endurance.
- The breath-centred nature of creative flow yoga can help calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety.
- It encourages a more intuitive and creative approach to movement, which can help enhance creativity and self-expression in other areas of life.
- The focus on the breath and awareness of the present moment in creative flow yoga can help cultivate mindfulness and deepen one’s connection to the here and now.

Menopause workshops
Sally is a trained menopause workshop facilitator and, as well as yoga, her menopause workshops offer advice on pelvic floor health, nutritional and self-coping tactics. They provide a safe and supportive space for women to learn about menopause and explore strategies for staying healthy and happy during this transition.

Yoga can help reduce symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep disturbances, by regulating the nervous system and promoting relaxation.
It can help improve bone density, balance, and flexibility, which are all important for maintaining physical health during menopause.
Attending a yoga menopause workshop can help women develop a self-care practice that supports their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
