I’m currently running online adult yoga classes and I will be resuming ballet classes and yoga classes for all ages in the Southampton / Romsey / Winchester area when safe to do so.

Online yoga classes

Mixed-ability classes with an emphasis on improving alignment, posture & flexibility whilst ‘stilling the mind’.

  • Monday ballet 10.30am – 11.30am
  • Tuesday yoga 9am – 10am
  • Wednesday yoga fortnightly 2pm – 3pm
  • Thursdays yoga 6pm – 7pm
  • Saturday outdoor yoga 10am – 11am
  • Sunday children’s yoga 10am – 11am

You know you are safe in Sally’s hands as she really understands anatomy and gives really clear instructions for good alignment in the poses.

Children’s yoga / family yoga

Taught in a fun, inspiring and structured way through storytelling and games.

These classes are aimed at maintaining a child’s natural flexibility and helps to increase their physical and mental strength.

Breathing techniques are developed to support a child to focus on the ‘here and now’, which improves learning and development.

I like yoga because it keeps me calm and I have fun relaxing at chill out time

Ballet

This class is suitable for those with little or no experience. It offers a chance to improve your strength, stamina and flexibility while developing skills in ballet technique in a fun and relaxed way.

A welcoming class for all abilities with very well planned classes which are entertaining as well as providing active ballet.

My classes are welcoming, friendly and fun while emphasising the importance of posture, strength, flexibility and mental agility while teaching the importance of breathing to enhance performance and relieve stress.
