I’m currently running online and in person yoga classes for all ages in the Hampshire area
I am a fully qualified yoga teacher in the Hampshire area.
I specialise in Children’s Yoga offering workshops and classes to children ages 4 to 12 so they can experience the wonders of yoga.
My background in dance has enabled me to have a greater understanding of how the body can express itself allowing me to incorporate more movement into my yoga sessions. My knowledge and experience in sports massage along with my dance background has helped to develop the kind of teacher I am emphasising clear alignment and creative sequencing.
I am passionate about movement through yoga and dance and its profound effect it has on the body and mind helping to improve health and wellbeing. My classes encourage each participant to explore their own body awareness while creating a pattern of movement that is both challenging yet achievable – building strength, flexibility and stamina. By working in partnership with the breath this helps to guide each movement allowing more mental agility to help relieve stress.
Online yoga and in person classes
My classes are welcoming, friendly and fun while emphasising clear alignment and creative sequencing. A safe practice that builds on the importance of posture, strength, flexibility and mental agility while teaching the importance of breathing to enhance performance and relieve stress.
- Monday on line zoom yoga 9am – 10am
- Wednesday outdoor yoga 10am – 11am (weather permitting) Hursley Cricket Ground SO21 2LJ
- Thursdays yoga 6pm – 7pm Portswood Garden Pavilion SO17 1QT in person
- Friday 1pm – 2pm from Sept Jubilee Hall Kings Worth SO23 7QA in person
- Saturday outdoor yoga 10am – 11am (weather permitting) Hursley Cricket Ground SO21 2JL
- Sunday 10am – 11am Children’s yoga with an adult class running at the same time in person from the Chilworth Hall SO16 7LD 2JL

Children’s yoga / family yoga
Taught in a fun, inspiring and structured way through storytelling and games.
These classes are aimed at maintaining a child’s natural flexibility and helps to increase their physical and mental strength.
Breathing techniques are developed to support a child to focus on the ‘here and now’, which improves learning and development.
